Cold one today and the koi look a bit slower in the outside pond. Not heated but cut the air down today and took off the venturi.

All looking ok and had some good growth this year now time for a bit of wheatgerm. What do you all use?

Indoor ponds are lightly heated but I`ll have to watch it on the electric...got a big shock last year!!

Not heated at the moment but cut way back on the feeding air isnt on at the moment and ive knocked the uv off to see if it greens up,so far not.
Im feeding ea wheatgerm but TBH getting alot of waste off that so when it runs out back to my tried and tested Kusuri wheatgerm.
All my 7 little uns' are going into the indoor vat in the shed, not heated but will be a bit warmer than outside

I will try the Kusuri and see what I get.I found the EA gave loads of waste.

Cut back on the feeding now as well

A lot colder today and the koi are all a bit slow and lethargic.

    Wish I had a boiler!
