    It was on Steve Wright on Radio 2.
    There is a new invention out which is a film of some fluid that floats on top of swimming pools to keep the heat in...
    Not sure about the toxic side for koi but worth following it up.
    Not sure how to get the replay thing going.
    Anybody else hear it??

    Found this website on google I beleive it is a product for swimming pools, they do market it with a fish dispenser lol
