This is always an excellent show attended by thousands so last year I decided to book a pitch.
I was there the day before filling all the vats...when I found a tap(after requesting to be near one!)
4 Hours later 5 vats full and back to home.
The day of the show and I was up at 5 AM to bag up all the koi.I took about 100 koi,mainly 3-5in but about 6 14in.
Loads of lookers but not too many buyers.Many remarks saying they would look good with chips!
At the end of the day I sold about 20 small ones but the koi were a bit specialised for most.I would have been better taking 100 goldfish!
Back home and debagging and done for 10pm!
Lesson to be learned!
