3 Huge vortex's and 2 box filters running Jap mat!! on the skimmer he will be running 1 box K1 running through 1 box Jap mat

Nice so you have on the plans the flow is running top right in a clockwise direction with your skimmer presumeably at the top left corner. With your returns 12 inches down you are moving the surface water towards the skimmer. If you put 2 diffusers on the drains with say 80 litre air pumps then they cause a mushroom effect forcing water out to the sides and down to the drains giving a directional flow downwards also, which improves the debris removal.

Will you be putting a window in the pond ?

nope im going under cover again,easy to keep heated,and can enjoy them all year round

mmmmmmmmmmm £400 concrette, £200 on fittings i need,£550 on blocks,but good news only £225 for fibre glass and a local lad is giving me a price to glass it.and about a grand on the finishing,s. total build without labour £around £8000.this is why it takes time lol.

Are you having Gold Plated filters then to get the total to that price LOL. I thought my build was expensive but in comparison it wasnt bad.
